Jeff Groseth and his sub

I have a Matt Thor Alfa that I want to finish. Need help on two fronts. A main Drive prop and creeper propellers. I have mounted small motors from electric indoor RC planes in the horizontal fins and a seperate speed controller to drive them so my Alfa will creep along.

Any hints where to turn?
