I popped this up over at subpirates and thought I would put it up here too in case anyone is interested. Lee Plasek, I know YOU are!!!
We are finishing up a 1/72 AGSS-555 boat by request from the Dolphin et al. As with our NR-1, the folks who comissioned the job took the time to provide accurate imagery and plans for the boat. The shots here are just the masters, without the fine details like sonars/masts/radars/rungs/mounting pads/etcs... But this is fresh from engraving all the sail/hull/casing details. I always felt that Dolphin has a passing resemblance to a XXIII... Just in the lines of the sail anyway.

Overall master. Hull engrave details not quite visible but there! Lots of details.
