Is this "need" to model hereditary or learned?

    Always wondered this.....

My dad was a modeler, I am a modeler.
My older brother is, my younger isn't.
Other than Bobby Villavecchia, I never have known a female modeler.

Other than a Psychologist or some sort of anthropologist answer regarding my lacking a uterus hence my need to create (may explain why we lack a greater number of ladies)...where does this need come from?

Is it hereditary or Genetic? What drives me to the pain (in a masochistic sort of way as I do have fun so the end justifies the means).

    What do you think?

Hereditary: I got cousins on remote islands that twist straw into boats.

Learned: I only did it because it was something to do with Pop.

Neither: I'm a lone wolf who woke up one day and said "Must do this...."
