Thanks to my good friends "Sub" Ray Mason and Irving "Smoke Underwater" Lloyd for passing on this "unwanted by the company" former Program Award. Thus allowing me to create my own personal tribute to my fellow "Silent Service" shipmates who served during the Cold War. Thank you as well to my life partner Beth who lovingly agreed to displaying it at our home.
