ALCON....NY Tri-state Region
During the Summer, we meet now monthly at Bownes Park in Flushing Queens with our other club, the Empire State Model Mariners.
The day of the month is on the day they have their monthly picnic. Usually the 2nd Sunday. See their calendar at the ESMM link for the actual dates.
It's a great running pond allowing one to sharpen their collision avoidance and/or Target Motion Analysis (TMA) skills with surface craft. Small fee for the provided lunch if you not a member of ESMM. They are an excellent, welcoming group of people.
We do meet in between these date out on Long Island. PM me for access to the email list for where and when.
