It's officially here! Fall / Winter fun runs at the YMCA. Mark you calendars, we're there the second Sunday of the month from Oct thru April. The dates are:

We meet in the YMCA, 100 Constitution Ave, Shrewsbury, PA 17361. When you come down the drive to the Y parking lot, the first building you pass on the right is the pool. The first door you see is the access we use. For anyone so inclined, the GPS coordinates of the doorway are 39.45.161N, 076.40.806W
We have use of the pool from 10:00 until 1:00 when the Y opens for business. After running, we go have a general lunch / bs session somewhere.
If you've never been, time to stop fooling around and come out to play. Access doesn't get any easier, it's warm and dry inside, and the pool is a fantastic place to run.
